The Salvation Army created the first Donut Day event in Chicago in 1938, as a fundraiser to help those in need during the Great Depression. ☝️

The Donut Lassies were Salvation Army officers and volunteers who baked and delivered donuts during
World War I. ❤️

Up to 9,000 donuts were served to the troops daily! 👏

The donut was, and continues to be, a taste of home and a symbol of comfort. 🥰

This month, we’re raising a glass to tequila.

is hosting an evening dedicated entirely to one of the world’s most beloved spirits — guided from start to finish, by an expert who knows it inside and out. We’ll be working exclusively with , exploring all four of its expressions — Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Cristalino. Each cocktail you craft will highlight a different expression, giving you a hands-on taste of how age and process transform this spirit from bright and crisp to rich and complex. The evening is rounded out with thoughtfully-plated light bites, crafted to complement the bold, agave-forward character of tequila — making the whole experience feel like so much more than just a class.
