I was thrilled to join Jahna Roselle Peloquin, Richard Anderson and KeionaCook | CoutureFashionDesigner in The Minnesota Star Tribune’s conversation around Paris Couture at the Minneapolis Institute of Art ~ an exhibition bringing more than 80 works from the Palais Galliera into the heart of the city.

What I love about couture is the same thing I love about flowers: the hand of the maker is visible. The proportion, the construction, the restraint, the drama ~ every choice matters. Fashion at this level isn’t simply something you wear. It’s art, storytelling and craftsmanship in motion.

What happens when Floral Graffiti stops being something you walk past and becomes something you get to make?

For the last few weeks, I’ve been tagging the streets of New York with flowers. Lamp posts. Railings. Corners nobody was looking at until suddenly, they were.

Turns out, people noticed.

So we’re taking it off the street and bringing you in on the crime.

Join us at TWIST and Milk & Hops | NYC Craft B**r Shop for a Floral Graffiti workshop where we’ll show you how we build these unexpected little floral interventions, break a few traditional flower-arranging rules, and send you home with a creation of your own.

Because flowers don’t always belong in a vase.

Sometimes they belong exactly where nobody asked for them.

As the house of presented its latest collection in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week, we were getting ready for a very special floral moment of our own at ’s NYC headquarters. 💐✨

A glamorous group of Diorlings gathered around an overflowing bloom bar for an afternoon rooted in beauty, creativity, and the history of the house.

Together, we explored Dior’s History & Heritage and the role flowers played in Mr. Dior’s deeply personal vision of beauty, then brought that inspiration to life through floral design.

The room was overflowing with blooms, conversation, creativity, and so much joy ~ and everyone left carrying a wildly beautiful, completely individual arrangement of their own.

We are incredibly grateful for this continued partnership and so excited for everything we have blooming together in the months ahead. ♥️

A HARVEST GATHERING

Familiar faces. Warm candlelight. Floral traditions.

Maybe that’s why I love this season so much.
Yes, I obsess over fall flowers.
Yes, I’m a Libra.

But there’s something about October that makes me want to gather people around a table and hold onto them for a minute.

Because autumn has never been particularly interested in staying the same.

Deep greens turn amber. Soft stems become branches. Everything shifts, sheds, changes shape.

And somehow, instead of feeling like an ending, it feels like an invitation.

Come closer.
Light the candles.
Make something beautiful.
Celebrate the people who got you here.

I’ve been living through quite a bit of change myself this year, and perhaps that’s why this season is hitting differently.

Growth is exciting. It can also be uncomfortable.

But I’m learning that the climb matters a lot less than who is standing beside you while you make it.

And that, in many ways, is what Sip N Bloom has always been about.

We may arrive for the flowers, but somewhere between cutting stems, passing branches across the table and laughing over a glass of w**e, something else happens.

People connect.

This fall and holiday season, we want to help you create more of those moments.
Gather your coworkers. Your clients. Your family. Your oldest friends. The people who carried the year with you.

We’ll bring the flowers.

Our Flower Arranging, Wreath Making and Porch Pot Workshops are now booking for autumn and the holiday season, and our most popular dates are beginning to fill.

Because another year will come and go.

The flowers will change. The seasons will change. We will change.

But hopefully, we’ll remember who was sitting around the table.

After talking with the team at Bar Lola, we’ve made the decision to postpone tomorrow’s Sip N Bloom event due to the nor’easter and the weather expected throughout the day.

If you’re available to join us next Sunday, October 4 at 1 PM at Bar Lola, we would be absolutely thrilled to have you. If that date doesn’t work, we’re also happy to move your ticket to another upcoming Sip N Bloom event in NYC that’s more convenient for you. Alternatively, we can refund the price of your ticket.
