Here at Rosetree, we live for celebrating love, culture, art, and community.! I got to work with Meera and Wally for about a year, and it was such a blast planning this colorful celebration. Sangeet nights are easily one of the best parts of an Indian wedding weekend. The energy is wild in the best way, friends and family performing for the couple, nonstop music and dance, incredible food, and everyone dressed to impress in the most stunning traditional looks. It always feels like you’ve stepped into another world, and we can’t get enough of it. Seeing our couples light up all weekend makes it all worth it and seriously, I love watching my brides step into their most beautiful moments, looking like absolute goddess!

Meera and Wally were such a special couple for us — we spent a full year planning their wedding weekend, and watching it all come together was pure magic.

READY FOR CEREMONY!
In Indian Weddings, The Mandap is a sacred structure where the wedding ceremony takes place. It symbolizes the universe and the four-pillared canopy, representing the four parents of the couple and their support in the union.

Under the mandap, key rituals like the “saptapadi” (seven sacred steps), “mangal phera” (circling the fire), and the exchange of garlands occur, signifying love, commitment, and the journey ahead.

We love design, and we LOVE a good theme party! It’s always a blast working closely with our couples to customize their events. Are you a DIYer or have a dad who loves to build stuff? We’re all about that! We love helping bring your vision to life and getting families involved in the wedding weekend celebrations.

Working with Stef & Peter, and their parents to create this Oktoberfest-themed rehearsal dinner in Crosslake, Minnesota, was such a fun project! 🍻 The couple thrifted one-of-a-kind steins, and Stef’s dad built this amazing display wall. We themed up with family and vendors to bring the vision into reality
