Jenn Jesse and Tim Jesse had already been officially married but because of the troubles of the pandemic, they did a little (a lot) more planning than usual to host a celebration with all their friends and family. Last weekend was the Annual Milwaukee Professional Firefighters Association Holiday Dinner Dance. Great Food, music, dancing, and lasting memories for all who attended!

This event featured our first ever Online Silent Auction and a raffle to Support Ignite The Spirit-Milwaukee and our mission to support firefighters and their families.

Thank you to Dick Powers of Powers Jewelry Designers for recognizing the sacrifices of law enforcement by presenting a special Thin Blue Line Citizen Watch US and a necklace engraved with the respective badge number to the families of Police Officer Charles Irvine, Jr. and Police Officer Michael Michalski. Both officers died in the line of duty over the summer.

Your radio spots are starting to become annoying. Everyone knows your company is feeling the pinch of competition, but do you really think that mocking the competition or reeling out another insufferable parade poem is the way to gain market share? Truly, your radio spots don't make you sound intelligent, savvy, or knowledgeable enough to link your products to potential customers. Rather than coming across as somewhat childish, remake your ads that reveal your years of knowledge and experience with your products. Focus like a laser on the customer. Tell them the kind of experience they can expect when they walk into your stores. Educate your consumers. And press the excellent buying experience especially first-time diamond buyers will enjoy. Your company has many smart people. That's an asset you should exploit further. Let Milwaukee know that--whoever or whatever you are-- their best choice is your company.

Thank you for the great customer service!!! The ring made it safely to California with my brother in law. Special thanks to the young lady who did the repairs and made this happen...he was truly touched.
I work at Powers Jewelers and just spoke to the owner about the ad regarding the pitbull. The ad was not supposed to air using a pitbull, it was supposed to be a grizzly bear. We were against using a pitbull as an example in the ad as we are pet/dog friendly here at Powers. In fact I personally rescued a Pitbull from madaac and he is great and not the stereo type by any means. We would like to apologize to anyone who is offended as that was never meant to happen. Our ads are meant to have some humor and to try to be informative of diamond grading and yes "gimmicks". Attached will show you a photo of my very daughter and our family pet Zeuss.
Guess who won't be getting my family's business? You guys. To say your recent ad was in poor taste is to say the least. Maybe you should visit a shelter and get to know some of the Pit bull type dogs there before you start running your mouth about them. My pit bull type dogs came to a shelter or rescue in very rough shape. My one boy was obviously used as a bait dog. All of my dogs love each other and people of various ages and backgrounds. The only "mauling" they are interested in involves kisses, not biting.
