I hear this all the time.
Pretty people, less than pretty, tall, short, thin, wide..
It doesn't matter the look or shape of the person, lots of people fear being in front of the camera.

And a whole bunch of people don't.

If you don't like being in front of the camera and then you turn camera on ...''
You will have
"I don't want to be here face"😒
and their is no amount of editing,lighting or camera angles that can cover that up.
The camera captures everything.

The only one who can make you look good on camera is
𝗬𝗢𝗨!!

So how do you do it?

1. Talk to yourself like your best friend would. How you treat yourself is key to self confidence.
2. Take care of yourself. Carbs, sugar, drugs, alcohol all contribute to your face looking fat! They are all inflamers that make you puff up. Eat right, exercise and do face yoga. ( I will do a tutorial on that later )
3. Get in front of the camera. Until you do it and work at how you talk, how you look and how you present, you will not get any better.

The Good news is being great on camera and happy with the way you look is a skill that you can learn.

In is not genetic. It is self love, self care and practice.

But I did go through a tough period in my life, as we all do, and I listened to his Podcasts. Lots of podcasts. I may have listened to them all. His voice is so calming and his message just brings me peace.

Common question is how much do you give away?
If you have no income and all of these ideas. you need to get some money rolling in. Sell everything and give nothing for free, right? Only the rich people can afford to give away content or coaching.

In my experience I can tell you that I have had some great systems, ideas and concepts on how to market and create content. I tried to sell them for the wrong price, with the wrong name to the wrong people. Alternatively I have other good ideas that I put out there for free. I gave it all away.

Which made me more successful?
Giving.

Not because I gave away content then someone liked me and then bought from me.

It was because I was able to get it out to a bigger audience and work the material. I found out my good idea I sold to a limited number of people, was only good at best. But if I took that good idea and tested it, worked it and continually improved it, this idea became great. This is what happens when you give. You get better at your craft.

Give, Give Give and then Give some more!
