Our country produces the most toxic food for human consumption...I can't imagine what is deemed 'ok' for our pets!

This batch is ground turkey, chicken livers, brown rice, carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, turmeric & black pepper. I'll be adding blueberries at the end.

Who needs a bun? This burger is on a bed of sliced tomatoes, caramelized onions & garlic aioli, topped with provolone, fried mortadella, and chopped calabrian chilies.

Growing up in NJ, breakfast sandwiches ruled - no matter what time, especially with Taylor Ham.

Gluten free bread & rolls are not at all satisfying unless fried in a pan like grilled cheese.

Today I tried my hand at making a healthier, tastier option that could be eaten alone or as an amazing breakfast sandwich.

Eggs, potatoes, cheese in the waffle iron worked amazingly...I even added sausage to some! This is a small, single waffle iron I think I bought for $10... Winning!

Because GF rolls are never great... Open faced bacon double cheeseburger. Full disclosure, they are sitting on GF bun halves for easier eating.
