This is the kind of class you don’t get the opportunity to take every day.

Spend the weekend learning from Powder River Cowboy Pads as she walks you through building a traditional mohair cinch from start to finish. This is a hands on, beginner-friendly class, so you don’t need prior experience, just a willingness to learn.

Over two days, you’ll learn the techniques behind the craft and leave with a functional cinch you made yourself, in natural white with an accent color of your choice. Even better, you’ll leave with the knowledge to keep creating long after the weekend is over.

Here’s a class that gives you a skill you can keep using long after Makers of the West is over!

Brittany with Circle B Horsemanship is teaching students how to tie a basic two knot rope halter from start to finish. You’ll get hands on instruction throughout the process and head home with your own halter and lead set, plus the know how and instructions to make another one on your own.

All of the tools and materials you’ll need are included. Just show up ready to learn!
