Every couple I've had the honor of marrying has left a mark on me. Every ceremony has been a privilege, and every kind word shared afterward has meant more than I can express.

Ana + David said "I do" just 365 days ago!

Time flies when you're having fun and building a life with your best friend.

Happy 1st Anniversary to a couple whose friends and family described them as resilient, thoughtful, adventurous, and perfectly complementary. A couple who move through life side by side with calm, steady joy and who are completely at home with one another.

One year later, it's beautiful to see that all of those things are still true.

I love moments like this.

This is my parents in Nigeria, in 1989. During their courting phase 😅

My mom didn’t even want to go to this event… her cousin had to convince her.
And when she finally arrives, my dad immediately spots her, walks up to her, takes her hand, and leads her to her seat.

You can see it. The beginning of something.

I love this because this is what I’m always thinking about when I stand in front of my couples.

Not just the wedding day.
But the story that started it all.

As a storyteller, coming across this video spoke to my heart!
