Join us tomorrow for the sweat social at Project Leannation Canandaigua from 9 AM to 1 PM we will be doing free scoop of pre-workout so make sure you bring your shaker bottle. We will have grab bag freebies as well as raffling a case of monster to the first 10 people who register for the March competition at The Lift Factory in Victor New York. We will be there with Legacy gym doing deadlifts as well so there’s plenty to do there’s going to be lots of vendors feel free to bring your family your friends your kids get everyone out there get everyone involved and let’s have a great day
