Welcome back to Scott's Kitchen, To all of my Polish friends and Chicagoans "Veso Wego Alleluia!!" (Happy Easter) to all of my Family, Friends and Followers. I hope you all had a wonderful day with your families. Today I'm just finishing up some school work and decided to go old school. I first took this beautiful leg of Lamb from New Zealand :-) Too based it in a aromantic pesto than cooked it low and slow. I'm serving with boiled red potatoes topped with some pesto I set aside, and finally some beautiful fresh string beans.
