So, earlier I posted a comment saying how I received something I didn’t pay for which is true. I called them up and they fixed it. I’m am so happy about their expedient response to solve their mistake. Below is the online picture and the final product. They didn’t have pink roses but I was ok with it. I ordered the luxury flower and this is what I received. The lady on the phone told me that she didnt have the pink flowers and would change them with red flowers, I said ok. Everything else was supposed to be the same. In addition, I ordered a ballon and didn’t get it either. I paid for a service that wasn’t given to me. Almost $100 for this? No way, I want my money back as soon as possible and go get your flowers back.
Look at what I received vs what is your website. It’s not the same. The only thing I was ok with was changing the pink flowers with red flowers.
