New on the menu our delish salmon dish, “Nana’s salmon” at @tbl14grove

Like Nana's personality, this salmon dish has a superb combination of velvety sweet, tangy, and robust flavors. Capers, kalamata olives, and cherry tomatoes are among the ingredients in the topping sauce.

The salmon is finished off with grilled asparagus spears. Chef JC's unique sweet potato purée -a real treat- is served on the side.

Oh yes, sounds and tastes fantastic!
