Saturday, May 14th we will kick off our 5K at 7AM from the Curtiss Mansion. After the race, join us for Hops for Hope at The Tank Brewing Co. the evening of May 14th at 7PM for a special release craft beer created by The Tank exclusively for SebastianStrong.
Proceeds from these events fund childhood cancer research & help provide financial support to kids & families facing a diagnosis.

Spotlight: The Curtiss Mansion.
Lets take a look at the highlights of Miami Springs. This week, we take a snapshot of the Curtiss Mansion. This historic home is located at 500 Deer Run in and open to the public as an event space or for private tours by prior arrangement. Constructed in 1925 by aviation pioneer Glenn Hammond Curtiss.

It's stunning. It's charming. It's historic.
The Glenn H. Curtiss Mansion is the perfect setting for Grass Stains, a site-specific initiative that Pioneer Winter Collective has been producing since 2016. The initiative commissions site works by South Florida choreographers, as well as facilitating weeklong group site residencies.
Grass Stains 2022 uncovers the process and pathways of generating collaborative, site-driven work. Twenty two South Florida-based, local artists (choreographers, dancers/performance artists, filmmakers, musicians/sound artists) have spent this week working with internationally recognized choreographer and researcher Ana Sánchez-Colberg in a laboratory setting at the mansion.
The culmination of this work will be a FREE public performance THIS Saturday, March 26th at the Curtiss Mansion. Get your passes here!
