5oz white onion small dice
2Tsp coconut oil
2ea mini pepper small dice
1tsp dry parsley
Celery seeds pinch
Cinnamon power pinch
Combine ingredients, light sauté, Add lentils, salt, pepper, mix. Wait until to boiled, coved, put low heat. Cook 15min
1/2 cup red lentil
1,5 cup water
Salt taste
Aleppo pepper pinch
1/4 ea lemon juice
1 Tsp dill chopped To the end lemon juice and fresh chopped dill Bon Appetite!!!

Tuna Salad with Sesame Lemon vinaigrette. 4oz cans tuna (drained from water)
1ea small cucumber (medium dice)
1/2 corn head
6ea black olives low sodium
spring green mix

Dressing:
1/2 lemon
3oz sesame toasted oil
1/2 tsp fresh thyme
salt and black pepper to taste

All ingredients mix and tossed with dressing
