Just another normal day at the COOL Church HomeQ… 🤣

Pastor T left us unsupervised, so naturally we had to play a prank on him… by covering the entire office with his face!

The best part? Watching him slowly discover EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. 💀😂

We love you, Pastor T! Please don’t fire us. 🫶🏽🥹

Consider this your reminder before you clock in tomorrow. 👀

Honor still matters. Serving still matters. And how you steward the position you’re in matters.

You may think you could do your boss’s job better. You may even KNOW you could. But don’t let ambition make you dishonorable. God knows how to honor faithful service, and He knows how to elevate you when it’s time.

So when you walk into work on Monday, don’t just work for the title you want, honor God in the position you have. 🙌🏾

Send this to somebody who needs it before they clock in tomorrow & catch today’s service on YouTube!

FIRE or KEEP: Ministry Staff Edition 🔥

We put Pastor Jo & Pastor T in the hot seat and asked them what it would take for a ministry staff member to get FIRED… and let’s just say some of these answers came a little too quickly. 💀

No staff members were harmed in the making of this video… employment status, however, is still pending….

Be honest: which scenario would’ve had YOU saying “pack it up”?! 👀

Greed will make every blessing feel small. 👀

Today, our Chief Of Staff Ben Johnson reminded us that moving in EXCELLENCE means recognizing and stewarding what God has already placed in front of us.

Don’t get so focused on what you don’t have, what’s next, or what someone else has that you miss the blessing that’s already in your hands.

See it. Steward it. Move in excellence. 🔥

Church is more than a Sunday service. 🤍

It’s where we come back to the one who holds it all.

Where worship shifts our focus, prayer brings us closer, the word strengthens our faith, and community reminds us that we were never meant to walk this life alone.

We’d love to see you this Sunday 🙌🏾

What if the reward for serving isn’t elevation, but humility? 👀

Pastor T reminded us that the prize of servant leadership isn’t to take us higher, but to take us lower. The cross we carry through serving isn’t meant to elevate our status, but to humble our hearts.

Jesus, the ultimate servant, showed us that true greatness is found in humility, sacrifice, and putting others before ourselves.

Are you willing to go lower to become more like Jesus?
