It's been awhile....still creating mouthwatering vibrant plates...still satisfying palates .
Salad course: Grilled Peach wrapped in a prosciutto blanked over a bed of fresh microgreens.
Entre: Roasted Purple Sweet Potato purée, blanched bouquet of carrots- asparagus served with a succulent Cajun grilled skirt steak.
