Meal prepping hack! Throw a whole chicken in your air fryer at the beginning of the week and eat off of it for the week! Put it in salads, quesadillas, wraps, etc. (Super easy to do it only takes an hour in the fryer!) I like to sprinkle my Cajun seasoning!! Yum!
