There’s something so special about watching a wedding day come to life. 🧡 And this one was so much fun!

From setup to the last details falling into place, last weekend was filled with so many beautiful moments. Seeing everything come together and knowing the couple can simply enjoy their day never gets old.

These photos were taken during setup for a styled shoot at a beautiful venue The Wooded Knot Weddings & Events — one of those moments where my sister Wendy Raber (and assistant) and I are doing what we do best: bringing wedding-day details together piece by piece.

From setting tables and organizing décor to managing timelines and working alongside vendors, this part of the day is where preparation meets ex*****on. It’s also where coordination makes all the difference.

Before guests arrive and the music starts, there’s a quiet rhythm to setup — checking details, adjusting plans, and making sure everything is exactly where it should be.

Weddings don’t come together on their own — they come together with intention, planning, and the right people behind the scenes.
