Hereā€™s a real customer setup for reference! šŸ‘‡šŸ½

Our client rented (2) 10x10 tents and placed them side by side to create a 10x20 covered space. Under that setup, they were able to fit:

āœ… 6 round tables
āœ… 36 chairs

Keep in mind that seating capacity can vary depending on your table size, layout, and how much walking space youā€™d like between tables.

After helping so many families celebrate birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and special occasions, here are a few things I wish every customer knew:

āœØ Book as early as you can. Your date is one of the most important details, and popular weekends fill up fast.

āœØ Your guest count doesnā€™t have to be perfect on day one, but having a close estimate helps us recommend the right setup.

āœØ Share inspiration photos! Seeing your vision helps us recommend the best table and chair layout for your event.

āœØ Let us know if your event is indoors, outdoors, on grass, or on concrete. This helps us prepare for a smooth setup.

āœØ Donā€™t stress if youā€™ve never planned an event before. Thatā€™s what weā€™re here for. Weā€™d rather answer your questions early than have you worry about the details.

Our goal isnā€™t just to deliver tables and chairs itā€™s to help make your event feel organized, welcoming, and memorable from the moment your guests arrive.
