Say hello to Jon, one of our awesome chefs who’s been around for almost a decade! 👨‍🍳 He started out with Lucky Cat, using our kitchen space for prep and popping in for event gigs here and there, before joining Paradox full-time nearly two years ago. Jon’s all about the food, and his favorite thing? The variety of flavors and dishes we offer! 🥙🥘

If he could trade places with anyone for a day, Jon’s eyeing our butcher’s spot. 🔪 He’s super curious about picking up some new tricks of the trade.

When it comes to memorable moments, the Smith family’s Christmas party at the zoo stands out as a highlight—talk about a wild feast! 🦒🎄

During a quick break, you’ll find Jon munching on chips or pasta salad, paired with a refreshing iced black coffee to keep the energy flowing. ☕️
