SATURDAY wedding with Friday rehearsal and decorating time- $3400 plus $200 set up/clean up fee. Includes use of our wedding barn, grounds, dressing quarters for both bride and groom in our historic Manor, banquet seating, round tables, and rectangular tables for catering, tablecloths, natural wood chairs for the ceremony and reception, on site security, beautiful setting for photos using antique furniture and with our horses, dance floor area and shuttle to and from our parking area. It also includes any of our decorations, barrels, doors, wagon, signs etc. If it's ours you may use it. SUNDAY wedding with rehearsal on Thursday before the wedding- $3200 plus $200 clean up/set up fee (includes everything the Saturday weddings include)

Catering – ( this is optional ) you may provide your own. House Rules:
The bride/groom may arrive at the Manor/barn no earlier than 9:00 am
The bride/groom and party may occupy the Manor until the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony begins we allow 4 hours for the ceremony and reception with one extra hour to gather all belongings out of the wedding barn and Manor. All music must be turned off at 10:00 pm. All guests must be off the property by 10:30 pm
Beer, wine, champagne etc. No hard liquor is allowed. (permit)
DJ must keep the noise level at an appropriate level. No subwoofers allowed. No smoking in the barn or the Manor (smoking is allowed in designated areas)
Only battery operated candles may be used in the barn.(water floating candles are acceptable) The bride and groom may use a real candle for the unity candle but it must be blown out quickly. (Our barn is all wood!)
The bride may use one of our antique couches for photos .However, please allow the owners to take them outside and to bring back into the Manor. Thanks for your cooperation! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us! Thanks
