There’s so much I could say about this day.. so much I’ve already said.
But one of my favorite parts was having Jess and her mom walk around the venue spaces with me and look at all of our planning brought to life.
Jessica said something like “This all feels like home. I feel like I’ve been here before and it’s an overwhelming feeling.” I want to remember this moment for a long time- and keep it in mind as I’m designing with my couples. It’s a long game in wedding planning.. but it’s worth it!

It’s wedding week for Jessica & John
and what a beautiful week we’ve been given!
I’m so very grateful- because these two deserve nothing less.
I’ve experienced nothing but kindness and a spirit of appreciation from everyone I’ve come across in their families.
Planning alongside Jess and her mom Jen has been a dream, and we are just so excited to see it all come to life this weekend at the Dixon. ✨
This wedding has been one of my passion projects over the last year and I can’t wait to share more!
And to see it all captured from the lens of … icing on the cake! 🤍
