I wanted to share a recipe that I saw in one of my groups that came out really, really Good! I made the that's been floating around, but instead of using feta, I used spinach artichoke dip! I made a huge pot and this morning it is almost gone! I can't wait to make this again, but with salmon!!
■Ingredients■
-Grape or Cherry Tomatoes - used container from Sam's Club
-TJs Frozen Spinach Dip- I used 2 bc I have 3 kids living with me.
-Seasonings of your choice. I did salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and whole garlic
-Pasta- I used penne bc that's all TJs had at the time.
-Cheese: Romano, Italian blend
■Instructions■
- Heat oven to 400.
-Mix tomatoes, spinach and seasonings together in your dish with olive oil.
-Place the frozen dip in the center. No need to thaw.
-Add more spices on top of the dip and drizzle with more olive oil.
-Bake uncovered on 400 until dip melts and the tomatoes open up.
-While that's baking, boil your pasta. Add a little olive oil to help it not stick together.
