Future Renters:

Due to the way some customers lately have treated our inflatables and boldly disregarded our instructions, we will be forced to implement new rules for all rentals.

1) All rentals whether Self Pick Up or Set Up & Delivery will require a deposit. In the past our Self Pick Up customers have not been required to pay a deposit.

2) If you do not confirm your rental within 24hrs of us reaching out we will cancel your reservation and you forfeit your deposit.

3) Upon inspection after use anything found within the inflatable that violates the contract will accrue a minimum $150 charge.

4) If you do not show up at your given appointment time for Self Pick Up you will be given a 30min grace period and after that we will move onto the next customer.

5) All equipment MUST be returned with the inflatable at the time of drop off. No questions asked.

6) If bad weather moves in we will float your deposit to another date of your choosing.

7) If doing a self return you must return the inflatable NO LATER than 12:00pm the following day. A late fee will be charged for all late returns as this slows down our cleaning process.

We are not happy about having to implement and force these rules but too much has gone wrong over the past few weeks of rentals that has had to force us to do so.

We look forward to renting to you in the future and would like to thank our wonderful customers who have rented from us and supported us. THANK YOU!!
