I KNEW my first grade teacher was wrong when she built me my own "office" facing the corner of the classroom and told me that I can't spend all day talking. 😎

It's such an honor to have the opportunity to speak with small business owners, budding entrepreneurs, and others about how they can effectively market small businesses on a budget. It has been a busy month!

🫶 Mattoon Emerging Leaders for hosting me at Learn One, Lead One where I met with some of the area's most exceptional young leaders to discuss my Top Tips for Small Business Marketing.
🫶 East Central Illinois Women Attorney Association for allowing me to join in on your annual retreat at Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery (an AMAZING venue!) where we discussed the best strategy for attorney marketing and red flags to watch for in the marketing world.
🫶 The EIU Entrepreneurship Club for having me back for a third time to speak to some incredible budding business owners about how to create effective marketing plans on a small budget.

Eight years ago, the idea of starting my own agency was just a tiny glimmer of an idea in my heart. Now, every chance I have to share this journey with my community is a reminder of what God can do if we just let Him move.

A lot of things about this event made me want to cry. . 😜 but most of all, it was seeing the complete selflessness that these business owners have when it comes to giving back. I picture them, in their kitchens late and night and early in the morning, sacrificing their own time and resources to help these students have a special memory. They never cease to amaze me. I really hope our community continues to bless them for all the ways they bless us.
