I’ve been quiet over here in the bakery world, but that’s just because I’ve been BUSY! 😂 Cupcakes and cakes galore have been leaving my kitchen, and my mixer is one tired girl!! 🧁🎂

This dreamy cake was inspired by the ever-popular Samoa Cookie! It’s a coconut cake layered with whipped coconut cream, mini chocolate chips, and caramel. Basically, a Samoa Cookie turned into a cake… and I am NOT mad about it. 🤤🥥🍫

Kylie’s Kupcakery has been a little quiet lately… but for the sweetest reason! 🎉🎂

We’ve been in full celebration mode around our house with birthdays galore, so I’ve been spending less time posting and more time making memories with my favorite people. 🤍

Of course, every birthday calls for cake! 🍰 This week that meant everything from a rich chocolate espresso cake filled with homemade bananas foster and topped with peanut butter whipped frosting 🤤 to this sprinkle-covered Mickey Mouse strawberry cheesecake cake that made one very happy three-year-old’s birthday wish come true! 🍓🐭✨

I may have been a little quieter online, but don’t worry - haven’t stopped baking! Thank you all for your continued support, patience, and love for this little bakery. I’m excited to get back in the kitchen creating more delicious treats for your celebrations, too.

Now that the birthday candles have been blown out… it’s time to get back to baking! 🧁💕

Nothing makes this baker happier than hearing that every last treat found a happy home! Here’s what was on the menu:

🤎 Oatmeal Crème Pie Cupcakes – An oatmeal crème pie-inspired cake topped with a light whipped vanilla frosting and finished with half of a Little Debbie Oatmeal Crème Pie.

🍋 Key Lime Pie Cupcakes – A bright, tangy key lime cupcake topped with fluffy white chocolate whipped frosting and a graham cracker crumb dusting.

🍓 Mini Strawberry Cakes – Moist strawberry cakes topped with rich cheesecake frosting and finished with white chocolate curls.
