We've been getting a lot of questions about the website and when information/signups would be ready. Truth be told we'd hoped to have that all up this week, we were only waiting on all our contracts and confirmations before we announced anything.

Well that was probably the best move because today the mall told us they'll no longer host us. We were going to test new venues starting in November but it looks like we'll be starting that process a bit early. So we're scrambling to find a new venue, and we've got a few leads but nothing in stone yet since we found out about this 3 hours ago.

If you know of a venue, or are an agent that could help please do reach out! We need to pick a new spot somewhat quickly.

To everyone, we're very sorry for this delay and we will have the new website up as soon as we have more information. We are dedicated to being a family friendly event and the mall did report having complaints about someone dressed inappropriately. Our team didn't spot this person, nor was it reported to us at the event so we don't know who this was and we're very sorry if anyone was offended.

One of our local shops need help! The Golden Age, 1942 had their neighbors tree fall and destroy their safety fence in their parking lot. Insurance is calling it an "Act of God" and so they need everyone's help. We're contributing and if you can please do!

Anyone wanting to register an event or meetup has until September 30th to get your final confirmations in so it's listed in the activity booklet.

You can continue to register after that as long as we have space however it won't be listed in the activity booklet.

Maryville Anime Fest is coming live at you November 8th at the Maryville , is going to be giving away samples of nearly everything they make!

There is no cost to attend, but if you want a goodie bag like last time it's just 5 dollars.

Any Artists or Vendors who would like a spot, our booths are filling up VERY quickly. Make sure to get an application turned in ASAP on our website maryvilleanimefest.com there's a link in our bio.

Any entertainer who'd like to join us, check out our website. We are working on a new setup and would love to hear from some local vtubers!

Hey vendors, the mall has moved one of our event spaces! Overall, this is a better setup for us and should keep traffic flowing better so we don't have too many people in one area all at once which caused the crazy heat last time. So we're not unhappy about the change but do feel it's only fair to give you all the heads up!

If you've already signed up and gotten a space for the Maryville Anime Fest event: if the new map makes you want a different zone then you originally chose, just send an email requesting a swap.

If you've applied and haven't heard back yet: we're trying to get through everyone, thank you for your patience. We're going to pause for a couple days so those who already got signed up have a chance to change zones if desired since they picked when our events were in different spots.

Anies got a new fit for fall, here to announce Maryville Anime Fest, November 8th at the Maryville Foothills Mall. As the weather starts to cool down we'll be doing a test run for this location.

This time we've got the ENTIRE MALL COMMONS! No more cramped hot room. If we still don't fit them we'll have to find a bigger venue for June. We've also got a grand sponsor this time ❤️ with their help, this event is FREE to attend. We'll announce them separately once we've got all the graphics they'd like for us to use.

We're headed to Saturday from 2pm to 4pm for their Cosplay contest!

We'll bring over some of our Manga if you want to come and read. You may find a new favorite! They're also offering a discount to anyone in costume!

If you've won something in a raffle and will be there let us know! We can bring your winning item! Just be sure to have your ticket with you.

We'll finish up the last of our raffles here in the next day or two. Sorry about the weekend delay, we all got sick then had a 16hr power out. 😵‍💫 Lights are back on now at least!

We'll have more information on our next event, we hope Thursday night. When we asked for measurements, we were told to come measure the venue ourselves so we've got to go do that before we know if it will work. 😂

So our little team is still in various stages of sleep but we should be back up and at em tomorrow! We will be doing the raffle pulls tomorrow, but we finally sorted out what happened to our meetups.

We had been told at the event they were chased off, moved and called a traffic block so we thought it was mall staff moving them around. Now that we've gotten more info it sounds like it was angry mall walkers harassing them 😬oops. Well we want to make it up to you so we're trying to organize something here later this month. At the same time we'll be able to either meet up with anyone who wants to pick up their raffle winnings in person or we can mail it if you traveled too far to come see us again on such short notice.

DON'T FORGET: our keen eyed scavengers if you grabbed a Woomie, get a selfie with her posted and tag will send you some rewards! Same goes for if you got an item that has the card in it snap a photo! Remember to tag them so they see it. They've got some freebies promos going on for you all so don't miss out!

Lastly get those coloring pages posted! For that one tag us and we'll be handing out codes for a free pair of Contacts. If you didn't get the activity booklet because we ran out: head over to animemaryville.com you can hit the link in our bio and get the page there, you can print it out or color it digitally, it's up to you!
