20 + PUBLIC & Private Group Cosplay Photoshoots Events Photography Consent Form

Freindly Reminder To Anyone thats interested in Attending any of our Events We kindly ask to not forget to please read the event
description or details under our photoshoots infomation,Whether this is a local & outta state photoshoot/cosplay meetup that we do host,under any of our pages or FB groups via public or privates ones,If anyone is interested in attending any of our gatherings,All Guests that do attend,& wish to directly patriciate the photoshoot We have 2 SIMPLE requirements set up Which we have these set up
A.)Must be at least 20 years of age or older,THIS MEANS NO MINORS please.
B.) Anyone that Wishes to Attend A Shoot thats Directly Participating,To PLEASE Sign Our Photography Consent form,before coming Only have to sign it once & when you do by default gives us YOUR consent /permission that its okay for us to take your picture

Those that are attending as a photographer/tagging along with a guest do not have to sign it.
& YES We Always make sure to ask people for consent to take pictures poses,& we are respectful of not only their space but our own personal surroundings as well, If anyone has any complaints about my shoot policies ,then there's the door We are not forcing people to attend our gatherings arent comfortable with our policies then you dont have to come.
We have these these shoot requirements set up
Its to minimize any past situations from happening again
An Example of that
In 2019 During a Group Shoot at Katscuon,We hosted during that Con,We extending open invites out to other Cosplayers had some people show up (mostly women) & Before We took pictures of anybody,I made sure to ask for Verbal Consent from the group of ladies,They had said Yes,to the Pic & Posing,But A long while later after the Con had passed,The Same Girls,had left a comment under a Nasty post that was considered harassment /slander content that one of our Bullies had posted about us,These Girls left a comment under that same post, told everyone a lie basicially that I DID not ask for their consent to take their photos,In all actuality I had asked way before hand,That situation & along with other other related simular issues with other folks doing that more then once,That is why I make it mandatory to create a photography consent form
As for the Age limit That's for our personal preference & comfort zone.

20 + PUBLIC & Private Group Cosplay Photoshoots Events Photography Consent Form

Since I had to Cancel my SW NJ area shoot I will only be hosting 1 this year With this being said We are still hosting our one in our home state

Looking for Maryland area Star Wars Costumers/Cosplayers Age 20 or Older for an upcoming photoshoot in May that Im hosting wanted to see if anyone would be interested in joining in this is to celebrate May the 4th except a little bit later then usual

Please keep in mind before attendinng, I do run my Shoots Do have an Age requirement of at least 20 years of age or older & agree to sign photography consent form before attending the shoot those that aren't directly participating in the shoot do not have to sign the form like if you're wanting to just take photos

I had to cancel the April 9th Star Wars photoshoot,I was told be the hamlilton park neighboor hood assiocoation,that i need to have a permit either to host an event or take pictures,In which I did not know this,until today,So with that being said,I'am sorry for incoveince,and the event bright link for this event is deleted.

Does anyone know if there's any local SMALLER Anime Cons in the State of Maryland still ?
Only one we knew of was Animore downtown Baltimore from a friend told me i don't think that con will be coming back in the near future.
