All Vets All Vets is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to Honor the Fallen and Strengthen the Living. Welcome to our page. Thank you for following our page!

Working with local veterans, community partners, and residents to honor our fallen military, as well as promote physical fitness and wellness in our community All Vets is a nonprofit organization comprised of United States military retirees, veterans, and active-duty members, as well as military families and patriotic citizens who have come together to honor our fallen military and strengthen the

living. We believe All Vets are important and that their service matters. Regardless of years spent in service, whether you served during wartime or peacetime, and regardless of your job and rank, All Vets matter. We will honor our fallen military by organizing an annual ruck around Henry County on Memorial Day weekend and by sharing stories of fallen military members. To strengthen the living, we will actively promote opportunities within our community to encourage physical fitness and wellness.

82- years ago..
D-Day is celebrated to commemorate the Allied invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944, which was a major turning point in World War II. It marks the beginning of the liberation of Western Europe and the eventual defeat of N**i Germany. With emmence sacrifices, this is a stark reminder that it takes alliances to defeat a tyrant.
Never Forget….

The POW/MIA flag is more than a banner — it is a national vow. A vow that America will never forget those who were taken prisoner, never abandon the search for those still missing, and never allow their sacrifice to fade from memory.

This flag represents Courage of those who endured captivity • Honor for those who never returned home • Hope for families still waiting for answers • Commitment from a nation that refuses to leave anyone behind.

During the All Vets Memorial Ruck 2026, our team carried POW/MIA flags alongside hundreds of others — each one representing a veteran no longer with us. Every mile, every step, and every flag were reminders that their stories still matter and that their absence is still felt.
A heartfelt thank you to Amvets Post 35 for sharing the POW/MIA Table with us. This powerful display symbolizes the empty seats at our nation’s table — the heroes who never made it home — and the unwavering hope that they will one day be accounted for.
We carry the flags. We honor the missing. We remember the fallen.
You Are Not Forgotten.

We at All Vets believe that every veteran's story deserves to be told. While collecting stories about veterans no longer with us, we had the privilege of learning about and telling the stories of Mr. Deland "Del" Martin, who served in the U.S. Navy, and his father, Kenny Martin, U.S. Marine. Their stories reminded us of duty, honor, and dedication to their country. Mrs. Janie Martin shared the stories of her son and husband with us as she, too, values the idea of never forgetting. Mrs. Martin, though, has her own story to tell. A Henry County, Virginia native, born in 1942 to a family with a proud military history. She attended Bassett High School and, at 20, left our area to serve her country. She joined the Women's Army Corps, better known as the WACs, in 1962. She was a medic who traveled to various parts of the USA to train and work in hospitals and clinics. She returned home after her military career and married the love of her life, U.S. Marine Kenny Martin. It is in our area that she raised her family and continued to work in healthcare. At 52, she decided to return to nursing school and became an LPN. She worked at various doctors' offices, including Children's Medical Center. Overall, she dedicated an incredible 51 years to serving others. Navy veteran Hallie Rodgers had the honor of telling others about Mrs. Martin and sharing her trailblazing efforts with the community. Serving her country and paving the way for other female veterans to do the same. Thank you, Mrs. Martin, for being a part of our day. Your journey inspires others to give, lead, and forge their own way.

Make your voice count! Consider taking the survey!

Which type of support outside the healthcare system would you be most likely to participate in? That is one of the questions our June survey asks.

We know that veterans don’t spend most of their lives inside healthcare systems. They spend it at work, at home, in their communities, around the people and routines that shape their everyday lives.

That’s why this survey explores what helps veterans maintain stability after service. We are listening to what actually helps you stay stable after your service.

We want you to say what matters.

Make your voice count. Take this short and fast (only 5 question) survey: https://missionrollcall.org/veteran-voices-survey/
