Taking limited orders the Monday of each week, for current week delivery /pickup between Whiteford and Glen Burnie MD. Perfect for Weddings, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Girls Nites, House Warming, Event Centerpieces, Tailgates, Anniversaries, Holiday Centerpieces, Desserts Anytime. We do not have gluten free, sugar free, or vegan options. Our current flavors are Vanilla-Almond White Cake, and Dark Chocolate.

I'll be face painting at Inverness Brewing this season, and tomorrow will have a few boxes of these cupcakes with me for pickup. Hopefully will have some with me every weekend. This time, I'm experimenting with some fall-friendly colorways.

An angel sent me a cupcake job today.

I have been schlepping loads of stuff from my parent's house, to ready the house for sale. Having to cancel the campsite reservation in SC that I had made in January, bc of recurring issues in both my elderly vehicles... During the best weather week of the year!

As I was edging on despondency, the sweetest voice with the gentlest most hesitant inquiry turned my frown upside down. ❤️❤️❤️

My cupcakes are heading to SC for vacation - even if I can't!
Feels oh so good to flex the happiness muscle.

And just like that - summer will be over. I'm free on weekdays if anyone is willing to pick up in Whiteford during the week 😁.

Quiet week here, just one birthday bouqcake in between puttering and reorganizing so I can manage all of my businesses without losing track and mind ❤️❤️❤️

I was in a hurry and my buttercream was too stiff. Always something to learn (or relearn!). Only need that stiffness for rose petals 😜😬

I'm at Inverness Brewing right now, and I brought a bouqcake with me in case anyone is jonesin' for some.

I'm trying to raise funds for Mid Atlantic Severe Weather. John is a victim who is really a hero - debilitated by a savage robbery, shot 13 times w a huge caliber firearm. He's now confined to a wheelchair, and is on the verge of losing his housing as well as his health. It's been years and he still hasn't been approved for disability (his attacker is *fine*, hale and hearty and enjoying his confinement pain-free!).

We all benefit from this man's hard (unpaid) weather work. He's in a liminal space, where the government isn't providing the information yet there is no private source of funds through it.

Please remember that there are situations more tragic than pretty babies lost - some who cling to life were once the most beautiful babies. On the inside they may be the most beautiful of all.

I just love this grapevine basket, and assembled a bouqcake just to fit.
Fourteen sumptuous lovelies in shades of dusky pink and delphinium.
This is a super-premium level of decoration. It's had plenty of admirers but no takers, so I'll be adding some swirls and hydrangea to the mix, and breaking it down into a few 7 cupcake bouqcakes.

I took my 'bereavement bouqcake' for a ride to Brandywine Polo Club, to celebrate my Dad's memory as we both loved to entertain at this time of year, and our motto was 'sharing is caring'. It's the Italian in us!

I just took delivery of these really beautiful clear cake boxes, and was so excited to test them out, and see how they traveled and stood up to real world conditions. Am very happy with the result. Beautiful bit of serendipity, that the colors coordinated with my April Cornell tablecloth.

I'm not very good at socializing, so I count on my food to break the ice and smooth over any awkward moments. Yesterday was just magical. I always make new friends at Polo and yesterday was no exception. Wish I had gotten some shots of the happy recipients!

Today, my son will be a pall bearer for the first time. A rite of passage. We are so grateful for the legacy of love Dad gave us.

Having a mental health day, as my father passed on Monday morning and although it was not unexpected - becoming an orphan is a transition to be respected, at any age.

My father took great pleasure in food, fiber, and celebrations... we had that in common.

It's a rainy day here in Maryland and working with Italian Meringue Buttercream icing is just the most soul-soothing thing I can imagine right now. He would have loved these colors.
