An early look at the possibilities for our Cartersville Renovation! 🏡✨

As we develop the first versions of the floor plans, we’re also exploring exterior materials and colors to help our client picture how their home could look and feel. This early concept rendering connects the plans on paper with a vision they can more easily understand.

There’s still plenty to refine, but each exploration helps shape the next step. Once the floor plans feel right, we’ll turn our focus to developing the exterior design.

An early look at the possibilities for our Cartersville Renovation! 🏡✨

Our design process begins with a shared Pinterest board to learn what our clients love and what they don’t. As we develop the new floor plans, we also explore an early concept for the front elevation to help them picture how the spaces inside could take shape outside.

Will this concept become the final design? Time will tell! For now, this rendering gives our clients a visual reference as we work together to refine the layout. Once the floor plans feel right, we’ll turn our focus to developing the exterior design.

Our Cartersville Residence is fully modeled and ready for schematic design! 🏡✨

These 3D perspectives capture the home’s existing conditions, giving us a foundation for exploring its transformation. Next up: developing conceptual options to share with our client, helping them visualize the possibilities and shape the direction of their home.

Same Home, Two Moments. ✨
We’re testing the soffit accent lighting from sunset into late evening. Side by side, you can see how a subtle glow brings out the home’s architectural details as the sky darkens.

✨Check out the Progress of the Attic Transformation at our Buckhead Residence! ✨

Beyond the barrel-vaulted secret passageway, a dramatic two-story foyer provides access to a hidden powder room and a speakeasy bar featuring floor-to-ceiling antique mirrors and an upholstered bench. Upstairs, an open golf simulator will showcase exposed steel beams, while the movie theater promises the coziest seating imaginable.

A once-unused attic is becoming the ultimate destination for entertainment, and we can’t wait to see the final details take shape! 🥃⛳🎬

A Special Shoutout to our amazing Interior Designer, Marla Harrington Interiors, for curating the mood board of finishes and fixtures that will bring each space to life!!
