About this event

We are going to be commemorating the 21st Anniversary of 9/11 in a special way. At Cobb International Airport we will be holding Airaoke! A local karaoke contest. Proceeds benefit the

Georgia Firefighters (via the Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund). The format will be like The Price is Right. We will call 10 singers an hour to perform. In the 9:00 hour, we will bring back 4 of the 40 singers for the finals. While votes are being tabulated, we will have a moment of silence and possibly sing God Bless the USA. The winner of the contest will receive $1000.00 in cash. Only 40 singers will be chosen from all applicants. Silent Auction and door prizes will also be included in the commeration.
