Yesterday’s event at Pearland Town Center was a great one!

We met lots of new customers, served some amazing BBQ, and built new relationships along the way. A huge thank you to Pam for allowing Velasquez Brisket House to be part of such a great event. We truly appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait to come back!

The Brisket Loaded Potato was absolutely on fire yesterday and was definitely a crowd favorite, right alongside our Brisket Elote Cup.

Thank you all for the support, likes, shares, and for stopping by to see us. We couldn’t do it without you!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us today at the Manvel Market. We truly appreciate every customer, every share, every like, and every person who stopped by our trailer.

The Texas Twinkies were a hit, the BBQ was flowing, and because of y’all, we SOLD OUT!

A huge thank you to the Manvel Market, all the vendors, and especially my wife Marcella and the VBH crew for all the hard work behind the scenes.

We are beyond grateful for the support. We’ll rest up, reload, and do it all again soon!

Loaded with your choice of smoked meat, butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, and our signature VBH BBQ sauce. Cooked low and slow over post oak wood just the way Texas BBQ should be.
