Olive & Pearl Events is looking for a Wedding Assistant! ✨
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to join me for weddings throughout the DFW area.
This is a paid, part-time opportunity that’s perfect for someone interested in the wedding industry or event coordination. Experience is a plus, but it’s not required—I can teach the logistics. What I’m really looking for is someone who is dependable, communicates well, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with wedding setup and teardown
• Helping execute the wedding day timeline
• Decorating and styling ceremony/reception spaces
• Directing guests and assisting vendors as needed
• Running errands and solving last-minute problems
• Keeping everything organized behind the scenes
Requirements:
• Available on Saturdays
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable being on your feet for 10–12+ hours
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Professional, calm under pressure, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and punctuality are a must
