I would like to start by saying we would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the support and love we have received in our 3 years on Main Street. We also appreciate Jan and Tom for letting us rent their space that served our community for so many years.

In 3 short years, we became the Rochester FBO’s preferred caterer. We were in the running for best subs and sandwiches for 3 different contests. We also now cater for 14 Fortune 500 companies. Add on top of that all the wonderful celebrations we have been able to be a part of. Weddings, Showers, Birthdays, and more.

As sad as we are to close this chapter of our journey, we are excited how this move is going to elevate our business and expand our opportunities. We will be using commercial kitchens in our area, ( SO WE ARE NOT LEAVING CHURCHVILLE!) and will now be able to offer HOT FOOD!!! As a Culinary student, not being able to actually cook hot meals has been hard. EVEN THOUGH OUR SAMMIES ARE BOMB AND THE ABSOLUTE BEST AROUND! ( Don’t worry, those won't be going anywhere!) so I can’t be mad.

This will NOT affect upcoming orders, WE ARE NOT CLOSING! Simply growing and moving. We will be out of town at the end of July and Early August, so I am not taking orders for this time frame, but will be shifting websites and more so please be patient with us while we are in the processes of updating and moving.

You will still be able to use our current contact information, but I will be changing a few things so we will let you know when we are all settled. This is in the very early stages, so please be patient with us while we figure out all the details and look for our new headquarters. We will update you when we have those answers for you. OUR SPACE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RENT! KENNY WORKED VERY HARD CLEANING THE PLACE UP WHEN WE MOVED IN AND IT IS THE MOST IMMACULATELY CLEAN KITCHEN I HAVE EVER WORKED IN. WE ALSO RECENTLY PAINTED IT LOOKS AMAZING, SO WE HOPE SOMEONE WHO LOVES OUR VIBE IS INTERESTED. We really worked hard over the past few years making this place look like home and can’t wait to see who takes over!!!

I am almost done building our new website which will have pricing and online ordering available for our clients! No more waiting 10 years for invoices although I’m probably one of the few places where the clients chase me for invoices and not the other way around 😂

Next weekend I will be fighting the good fight to help release 20,000 Beagles from Marshall BioResources and joining the Peaceful Vigil. If you have orders already, you are locked in! but I will not be taking anymore orders next weekend! Thank you for understanding! If you have a moment, please consider donating or looking in to ways to bring animal cruelty to an end.

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend so far! I will be wrapping up quotes and invoices tomorrow for upcoming events. I appreciate everyone's patience as we enter our busy season!

Friendly reminder that we will not be taking orders the last week of July and into August as we will be taking our first cross country road trip as a family to go to Colorado and celebrate the life of my father in law. We apologize if you were looking forward to using us during this time. I am uncertain how long we will be on the road so I am not taking orders the first week and a half of August just in case!
