NEW SERIES: content creation 101 🤍
episode one - what is a content creator?
let’s start at the beginning, because this gets confused a lot and i want it to feel really clear, really honest, and really approachable.
a content creator and an influencer are not the same thing.
influencers focus on promoting themselves/brands.
content creators focus on creating the content itself — the filming, the editing, the storytelling behind the scenes.
when it comes to weddings, content creation looks different than traditional photography or videography.
photographers are capturing timeless, polished images you’ll frame and pass down.
videographers are creating long-form films you’ll rewatch years from now.
as a wedding content creator, i’m there for the in-between moments. the quiet ones, the chaotic ones, the happy tears, the nervous laughs. the moments that happen so fast you almost miss them.
i capture your day using:
• advanced iphone camera settings
• a gimbal and accessories for smooth, cinematic movement
• vertical filming made specifically for social media
• a mix of digital and film-style moments
everything is created with social media in mind — so you’re not waiting months to relive your day. you get content that feels natural, candid, and easy to share, sometimes even the very next day.
i don’t replace your photographer.
i don’t replace your videographer.
i work alongside them to help tell the full story of your wedding day.
this is content creation 101, and i’m so excited to share more about what i do, how it works, and why this kind of storytelling means so much to me 🤍
