Jonathan was absolutely wonderful to work with during the planning of my daughter's wedding. I had contacted numerous other caterers during the process and Jonathan was by far the most responsive, professional and accommodating. The only issue I had was trying to decide on the menu items...his offerings are incredible and very reasonably priced. The wedding was Nov 2, 2019 in Lynchburg, TN at Promise Manor. He and his Team arrived and set up as scheduled. I had ~140 guests; he recommended 3 servers which worked out very well; they were all so efficient! The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. We also had passed appetizers which were a huge hit among the guests. The buffet was kept well stocked, maintained the proper temperature and the service crew moved around unnoticed. Our guests raved over the food! Their clean-up and take-down was very efficient and thorough. I also rented vintage flatware from him and it was great with the china place settings. I truly could not have been happier! If you want a memorable event... don't look any further than this Team! (Our selections: Appetizers - stuffed mushrooms, sweet potato tarts, cheese/pulled pork biscuits. Meal: Chicken breast in asiago cream sauce; herb roasted beef shoulder; cranberry & orange cider glazed pork tenderloin; brown butter green beans (FRESH - not canned!); harvest wild rice; a warm salad of roasted butternut squash, brussel sprouts, cranberries and pecans (OMG!); coffee, tea, water.)
