Chic Event Staffing Serving West Texas and the surrounding areas with a smile since 2009! We offer insured and licensed bartenders, servers, security officers and event clean up.

Let us know how we can serve you! Chic Staffing was founded in 2009 by Lia Irvin, when the Lubbock area showed an immediate need for bartenders and servers in quantity, at public events. Chic Staffing was Lubbock's first "boutique" staffing firm. Presently, alongside her awesome manager and mixologist, Kirsten Chau, they offer more services and continue to serve West Texas and surrounding areas. Chic Staffing is not your average "temp" provider; they staff presentable, punctual, and experienced help for almost every service-industry need, particularly bartending. Their rates are extremely fair and competitive, in fact, they've never raised their prices! Chic Staffing is insured, TABC-Certified, and ready to handle anything from a large concert to an in-house party. References available upon request. Please keep Chic Staffing in mind for your service-industry needs! Our top-notch staff would love the opportunity to make the hospitality aspect of your event seamless and stress-free! Please email, call, or text for bookings! Lia Irvin: 806.831.6279

Such a fun evening sipping, sparkling, and connecting with an amazing group of women in real estate! We loved serving up specialty mules while guests mingled, made new connections, and added a little sparkle with permanent jewelry. 💎

Thank you for having Chic Event Staffing be part of such a beautiful event. There’s nothing better than good drinks, great company, and a little extra sparkle! 🥂✨

What a way to celebrate a GRAND OPENING! 🎉🍾

We had such a great time celebrating our friends at Troubadour Student Living and the opening of their beautiful new building! The night was made even better with an incredible live performance by William Clark Green and a cash bar served by the Chic Event Staffing team. 🥂🎶

We’re always proud to support our friends, and we’re so excited to see Troubadour bring something new to the Lubbock community. If you haven’t checked out their new building yet, you definitely need to! 🤍

Congratulations to the entire Troubadour team on an amazing opening night and this exciting new chapter! ✨

20 years later and still worth celebrating! 🎉🥂 We had such a great time serving the Lubbock High School Class Reunion and helping make the night one to remember. There’s nothing better than old friends, great memories, and a reason to raise a glass! ❤️

Cheers to 20 years, Lubbock High! 🥂✨
