Beef and shrimp pineapple stir fry with mussels in a black bean sauce

Pan Seared SHRIMP...
Butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Sear on 1 side 2-2 1/2 minutes. Flip and add garlic and honey, sear the 2nd side 45-90 seconds ( second side cooks fast) mix the garlic and honey quickly and add it all to a bowl. ENJOY!!

Rose shirmp scampi
Recipe:
shrimp ( peeled and tails removed)
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese + more to top
5 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 lemon juiced (I used 2 because I love lemon. I recommend using 1 then adding more to taste when it’s done)
Splash of Rosè
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Pinch of red chili flakes
bread to serve
