Hey adventurers! We’re Abby and Ethan Lewis, husband and wife elopement photographers and planners who help down-to-earth couples from all around the States seamlessly plan the unforgettable elopement experience of their dreams!🤩

We were once in the same shoes that you are in right now - we ditched a traditional, southern wedding and instead decided to elope in the mountains!

The result? A wedding day that was filled with adventure, fulfillment, love, unforgettable memories we will never forget, and photographs that we can cherish for a life-long marriage.

And now, we’re passionate about helping other thrill-seeking couples achieve the same thing!

For our couples, we’re somewhere between friends and guides! Planning an elopement can be a hell of a ride, so through thick and thin, we will take the stress off of your shoulders and do the majority of the planning for you!

From the moment we start working together, you’ll have a team of expert elopement planners and adventure enthusiasts who will help you to identify your goals for your elopement, pick out locations, build your itinerary, and help you secure any and all of the required permits!🙌🏻

Away from the camera, we’re thrill-seekers, concert-enthusiasts, and the proud parents of our two German Shorthaired Pointers, Juniper Belle and Ember Claire! We’re typically homebodies, but we’re down for a fun night out to try new restaurants and discover a new speakeasy!

Our first date was at a local coffee shop, so now everywhere we visit, we find a new one to try, and we’d love nothing more than to share our tradition with you as we join you on your adventure!

With Christmas just 2 days away, I hope you’re all staying warm and holding your loved ones close - just like Nicole & Hailey did during their elopement this past October!

In one 15-minute window, the weather shifted from sunny, to rainy, to snowy! But this incredible couple embraced the weather and held each other close, and these moments were so heartwarming to witness and document.

It’s December 1st (which is crazy to think about🤯 - this year has flown by) and I found myself reminiscing about this snowy Breckenridge elopement so I thought I would share some photos!

Since 2024 is only 31 days away - I am accepting only 6 more couples for next year, and limiting myself to 15 couples for the year of 2025!

I take on a limited number of couples each year to ensure that I am able to put my whole heart into serving each and every single one of the couples who choose to invest and have me as a part of their day.

Mercedes & Jordan's wedding day on September 16th, 2023 was absolutely incredible! Being able to not only witness, but also document the emotion and intimacy of this wedding was an honor.

Crested Butte in the early summer months is an absolute dream!🤩 The last of the winter’s snow melts off of the jagged peaks, the Aspen meadows burst with color, and the valley begins to buzz with life! All of these things were evident during Amanda & Michael’s elopement this past June.

Their adventure started off with some serious off-roading up a mountain-side, exchanging private vows surrounded by golden aspen trees, and exploring whatever trail looked like it had something promising at the end of it (and trust me when I say it always did!)

There’s something about exploring the wilderness with your partner that is so surreal. It’s just the two of you, surrounded by so many endless possibilities.

It's hard to put into words just how special it was to document and celebrate Emily & Jasper's wedding on June 24th, 2023.

I've known these two for YEARS! We all attended the same private school earlier in our lives where I had the special privilege to witness the start of their relationship. It meant the absolute world to me when they reached out wanting me to be a part of their wedding day!

Their ceremony at The Chapel in the Woods was breathtaking - the perfect backdrop for their portraits, emotional first look, and heartfelt private vows. You could feel the love radiating off of these two as they stood before each other, surrounded by family and friends. And the reception at The Refinery in New Albany? It was an absolute blast. Their friends and family truly know how to celebrate - the dance floor was never empty and the energy stayed high throughout the entire night!

Witnessing and capturing the start of your marriage was an incredible opportunity, and it meant the world that the two of you put your trust in me to do it. Emily & Jasper, continue loving each other fiercely!

July 13th, 2023 I married the love of my life. Reflecting on the most special moment in our lives, here are a few reasons why we choose to plan an intimate destination wedding in Colorado:

1. Rocky Mountain National Park was one of the first places Abby and I traveled to after we got engaged so it holds a special place in our hearts. Its beauty quickly stole our hearts, and became sentimental and the perfect backdrop for our story!

2. We wanted to share one of our favorite places with our loved ones. Seeing the awe on our friends' and family's faces as they experienced Colorado for the first time was priceless! Everyone flew out a week early to spend the week in the Rockies hiking, kayaking, and soaking up all the incredible view the park has to offer.

3. Planning an intimate wedding meant we could focus on the meaningful moments, without the stress of planning a large ceremony and reception. Our day wasn’t about the fancy details and we didn’t have to pay or account for a couple hundred guests - all that mattered was the love we had, being able to express it openly, and having those closest to us experience it with us.

4. Our day was so relaxed, full of laughter, and free from wedding day jitters. There were less moving pieces and less rules which allowed us to soak in every emotion

5. Abby and I have always felt closest to God surrounded by nature. We felt connected to each other, God, and our shared sense of adventure in the mountains.

Our wedding day left us fulfilled, full of love, and was an incredible adventure we'll never forget.
