Some weddings are beautiful because of the details, and some are beautiful because of the people. Forrest & Kaleb’s late May wedding was both.

They thoughtfully planned a celebration on their family-owned golf course in the heart of Ohio’s beautiful Amish Country. Before the festivities began, they shared private vows at the front door of their home, creating an intimate moment that set the tone for the day.

The special touches were endless. Guests enjoyed a delicious Amish-cooked dinner, an ice cream truck, pizza truck, caricature artist, photo booth, and even individual cakes at each table. Every detail reflected the couple’s personalities and their desire to create a memorable experience for everyone who celebrated alongside them.

It was an honor to help plan and coordinate such a heartfelt and joy-filled day. Congratulations, Forrest & Kaleb! 🤍

Stepping into Year Three of Kind Creek, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude 🤍

To every couple who has trusted me with one of the most important days of their lives, thank you. There are truly no words big enough for the honor of being invited into such sacred moments.

After 15 years in hospitality and working within venues, building a business that is finally my own still feels surreal. I loved every role I ever held in this industry, but for so long, something was missing. Kind Creek was born from a desire to create something deeply personal a space where couples could feel cared for, celebrated, and fully present in their love story.

And somehow, year after year, this dream keeps growing.

What fills my cup most… it’s the people. It’s the hugs from parents at the end of the night. The thank you cards. The emotional texts days later. The reviews written with full hearts. It’s watching couples truly be with each other on their wedding day instead of feeling consumed by it. That is, and always will be, the reason I do this.

Over the years, I’ve found myself doing things I never imagined when I first stepped into this industry. I’ve sewn dresses and packed getaway cars. I’ve fluffed veils and pinned a million bouts. I’ve stood quietly beside brides wiping away tears before they walked down the aisle. I’ve navigated difficult family dynamics with gentleness and grace. I’ve carried joy, stress, excitement, nerves, laughter, and grief alongside so many people, because wedding days hold all of it.
And I will never take for granted being trusted with moments so meaningful.

To every couple, family member, vendor friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey: thank you for helping Kind Creek become what it is today.

Emily and Michael’s spring wedding was a beautiful reflection of intention, love, and a blend of tradition and personal touches.

With the support of family, a lively wedding party, and many moving pieces, Jess worked closely with Emily to create a clear, calming plan and timeline, helping ease any wedding day nerves and ensuring everything flowed organically.

From tidying tables arranged by loved ones, to organizing seating cards, to thoughtfully guiding each moment of the day, Jess was a reassuring presence throughout. Down to packing the couples getaway limo at the end of the night.

Every detail was handled with intention, allowing Emily and Michael to feel fully present, celebrated, and truly cared for on their special day 🤍

These two 🤍

Julie planned a late morning ceremony in the beautiful conservatory at Gervasi followed by an intimate lunch with loved ones. After some frolicking & photos through the vineyards the party moved to Taste of Excellence where more guests joined for dinner and an epic dance party🪩

Wedding planning can be stressful at times but I will ALWAYS do whatever it takes so you don’t feel that stress on your wedding day!
