Calling all event lovers, creative minds, and hands-on legends.
The Braeside Love Collective is on the hunt for passionate casual staff to join our growing team of Love Gurus. We’re Southeast Queensland’s all-inclusive event venue, accommodation property, celebration stylists, and bar service, creating luxurious, boutique and bespoke events that people talk about long after the last glass is poured.

📍 Based at Up & Away Braeside, with events across the Southern Downs, Darling Downs and Granite Belt
🕒 Casual shifts, mostly Friday/Saturday/Sunday (with the occasional Thursday or Monday)
⏱️ Shifts generally 4–6 hours
💰 Very competitive pay, with rewards and perks!

Perfect for those who like to keep moving and don’t mind a bit of physical work.
• Prepping, packing and setting up equipment

Decor & Styling Staff
For the detail-lovers and big-picture thinkers.
• Assist with event styling and décor ex*****on
• Flexible, open-minded and calm with last-minute changes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-manage

• Friendly, approachable and punctual
• Execute timelines and event logistics

🍾 The Braeside Love Bar 🍾
A gorgeous converted horse float mobile bar, coming soon to make your celebrations at Up & Away Braeside Mountain (and other chosen venues) even more magical and completely stress-free.

With the ability to pour ice-cold drinks from our 4-tap commercial kegging system — including beer and cocktails — plus a dedicated fridge for wine and champagne and even a commercial coffee machine to keep the party going all night long… this bar has everything covered. ☕🍸🍺

But it’s not just the bar — it’s the service that comes with it. Every event includes:
✨ At least 2 x fully RSA-trained staff
✨ Glassware & drinking water
✨ Use of our commercial kegging system
✨ Help with what to order and how much
✨ And the return of any unused drinks at the end of the night

We know everyone has their own taste when it comes to drinks — and we don’t judge! From a schooner of beer on tap, to an espresso martini, or even a fruity mocktail, if you supply the ingredients, we’ll happily serve it. We’ll even work with you to create your perfect, customised drinks menu.
