if you’re booking your wedding with us, inquire about our in-house wedding coordinator service, starting at $1,250 to help:

- meet with you 4 weeks prior to fully understand your day-of plan
- check-in with vendors prior to, and day-of, the event to coordinate logistics
- review insurance certificates to ensure all coverage requirements are met
- create schedules and floor plans for your ideal ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- provide a final walk-through of the venue
- manage the ceremony rehearsal
- oversee everything from setup to vendor communication, scheduling, parking, and tear down day-of
