Exciting news—Aaron Jacobs has joined the BDI crew, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board!

Things to know about Aaron:

His says his favorite part about planning events is the 24 hours before the show- the incredible adareleine rush watching months of hard work and planning come to life, while ensuring every detail is perfect and contributes to something truly incredible.

If there’s a warm chocolate chip cookie on a hotel menu he is ordering it...and maaaaybe even sharing a bite!

When asked about his favorite destination for work, his response: Does Office Depot count??
(Editor’s note: It totally does)

Three of his favorite vacation spots are Hawaii, London and Japan and he prefers to fly !

He and his wife share a home with two kiddos, Harper and Finn, and a pup named Mr. Feeny.

A Fun Fact about Aaron that no one would ever guess? In a previous career, he was a television writer!

We are still buzzing from the energy at KIPP SoCal’s Start Strong event at the Pasadena Convention Center, where over 1,500 KIPPsters came together to launch the school year in style!

This summer, we had the privilege of producing a high-end executive summit at the stunning Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara — and it was nothing short of extraordinary.

From white glove treatment for 250 C-suite leaders to packed general sessions and dynamic workshops, every detail was designed for impact and inspiration.

Attendees enjoyed curated offsite experiences including a private tasting at Pence Vineyards 🍷 and an afternoon of sport and style at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club 🐎.

Onsite, the energy was electric with elevated networking events overlooking the Pacific — the perfect backdrop for meaningful connections.
