As I reflect on the amazing Zouk instructors I trained with this year I am so thankful that .thayane is local to me in Southern California. Even though we just started training together a couple of months ago, I am so excited to continue our training next year, especially once I get more confidence to do Jack and Jill's. Larissa is not only an amazing dancer, instructor, and event organizer, she is also the founder of the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council which is why Jack and Jill's exist in Brazillian Zouk today. Thank You Larissa for everything you have done for me as well as the Brazillian Zouk dance community, it is truly an honor to be one of your students.

As this year comes to an end I reflect on the all of the amazing instructors I was blessed to train with. The instructor that I feel has had the most impact on my sexy and smooth zouk style is the Queen . Even though I live in Hollywood Los Angeles I would drive an hour and a half to OC 2-3x a week to be able to train with this Queen of dance at . Her attention to detail to help every student embody a soft and smooth zouk style is just magical. Regardless if you want to train zouk or other dances I recommend to everyone that they take lessons from her because you will become a better dancer that others really enjoy dancing with. I am so thankful that I have the opportunity to train with her and build my foundation from her incredible teachings. This past year I have traveled around the world and have attended over 25+ festivals/weekenders and can honestly say she is one of the best instructors in the world. Thank You for all of the classes and private lessons this past year! I look forward to many more classes and private lessons next year.

As I finish my first year training Brazilian Zouk I reflect on all of the instructors I have been blessed to train with. I am so thankful for my very first instructor who I have had the honor of training with every week whether it has been in group classes or private lessons. Clinton is not only an amazing instructor, but one of the kindest and caring people I have met. I am so thankful you teach at which was where I started my dance journey. Thank You Clinton for everything this year!
