Check out these beautiful Sweet Sixteen Sugar Cookies! One of my favorite and sweetest customers, Guadalupe, made all the “16” in white chocolate for these cookies. It was a 2-day project for her, but she pulled it off beautifully!

Fresh Fruit and Whipped Cream. I used melting chocolate on the cones, then filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Topped it off with whipped cream. Easy to make, fun to eat!

This Raspberry Crumble Bar is soft, buttery, and delicious. With a soft oat-brown sugar-butter cookie-like base, and a sweet layer of raspberry spread in the middle, tucked in by a light dusting of streusel-like crumbs on top, this will definitely make you feel good!

Still on the Scone train. Blueberry and Raisin/White Chocolate Scones. Light and crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. They were delicious.

We actually included these scones at our Bingo Brunch with friends this weekend. They were delicious with jam and cream, or a stand alone treat.

Passion for Pies

Who doesn’t like pie? I do, mathematicians do! I’ve always had a passion for baking, but haven’t always had the time or resources to follow my passion. Upon turning 55 (yes, I said it) I decided to check out my dream of running a small bake shop with delicious, old school, reminiscent of grandma’s baking, type of treats. No “foo-foo”, “sugared lard-frostings, topped with cereal” on my treats, just down-home, fresh ingredients with yummy flavors that you can actually taste... and you should!
