Delicious Double Smash Patties seasoned to perfection, Double American Cheese, Homemade Garlic Aioli, Pickles & Our Signature Bacon Jam we make daily because no one likes taking a bite of a bacon burger and getting the full strip slide out, ultimately ruining the rest of your burger.

Losing FoodTruck friends is always hard but knowing our friends at MAI THAI Kitchen are onto bigger & better things makes it a whole lot nicer 👏🏻

Mai Thai FoodTruck was the very first FoodTruck we ever had the privilege of sharing a dinner service with back when we first opened our truck here in Texas and we’ll always be thankful for their support of our little burger trailer since that day. We spent almost an entire year working many events together side by side, from early mornings in the freezing rain at the Farmers Market to lunch events at Quarter Four where we barely made enough to cover the cost of fuel for the day lol. We supported each others trucks on our days off as customers and sometimes we’d even pay for each others meals when Dane would let us 😂

It’s been a pleasure working with this awesome family and we wish you guys safe travels & nothing but the best in Indiana 👏🏻

Man this Burger is soooo Good, Dare we say it’s possibly the best burger on our menu to date🤤 from the housemade Ginger Mayo to the Scratch Teriyaki and Fresh Grilled Pineapple.

We may just have to let it stick around a while 😉👀
