Another successful event we catered last night at Ceronix Inc. Celebrating the Wedding of 2 special people.
Appetizers-Charcuterie Cones
Stuffed w/ either fruit or Salami & Cheese
Menu-Pasta Bar
Italian Sausages
Chicken Parm
Lemon Shrimp
Marinara & Alfredo Sauce
Italian Green Beans
2 Types of Pasta
Green & Cesar Salads
Freshly Baked Rolls w/Butter
Dessert Bar- Mermaid cupcakes,
Honey Bee cupcakes, chocolate dipped Pretzels, Mickey Mouse shaped Snicker Doodle cookies ears dipped in chocolate.
Also there was a gluten free Pasta Bar and there were gluten free desserts provided by bride.

What a great time at this Venue- Red Barn Aka Van Styn Ranch in Elk Grove celebrating my 40th HS reunion.
Peggy Word and I put on an Amazing Nacho & Taco Bar! Thank you to the Class of 84 for the opportunity! Great seeing you all!

This last weekends catered Wedding.
Menu- Lisa's Famous Smoked Tri Tip, Braised Short Ribs, Artichoke Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Peggy's Famous Creamy Mac n Cheese, Simple Green Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressing, plus Freshly Baked Rolls with Butter

Drink Station- Lemonade, Iced Tea, Mint & Cucumber Spa Water, Ice Water, Reg. & Decaf Coffee. And all the condiments.
