We survived our first American Royal…. I think.

This was a huge change for me as I’ve never cooked a KCBS contest much less a double header!

KC obviously didn’t like what I put out and thats perfectly fine… I’m gonna pivot and learn.

As for me and the boys…. We had a blast!🍾

Huge shoutout to our fellow Texan team, Pop-A-Top Cookers on winning RGC! 💥
