What is the Pantry Clean Out?
Our Pantry Clean Out is a simple, effective way to help bring your kitchen—and your routine—into alignment with the lifestyle you want for your household.
How does it work?
Start by completing our complimentary Food Assessment (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf4LXHV-JdhEUuXNxoskHX289U_p0kmdZN0wJhuVx2lDdHp7w/viewform?usp=header) and sharing your household’s goals in the notes section. From there, Chef Mark and his team will create a personalized plan with clear, practical steps you can actually implement.
Setting intentional goals for how you eat and live is one of the best ways to build a strong, sustainable foundation for your family—and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
For your benefit, we offer 3 levels of service:
Platinum (499)
• Food Assessment Analysis
• 1 Hour Face to Face Consultation
• Pantry clean out- discard what’s expired/old, walk client through what items to be added and why
• 1 Weeks’ worth of menus planned with recipe cards based on client’s requests
• 30-minute cooking demo of client’s choice- i.e. proper marination, demo sauces, proper grilling techniques, cooking the perfect piece of fish, etc.
Gold (399)

• 1 Hour Face to Face Consultation
• Pantry clean out- discard what’s expired/old, walk client through what items to be added and why
• 1 Weeks’ worth of menus planned with recipe cards based on client’s requests
